Meet Amber

Peak Harmony was founded and is led by Amber Chester, a registered clinical psychologist with a background in clinical, public, and specialist mental health settings.

Amber created Peak Harmony to offer a practice grounded in human values – warmth, steadiness, and genuine connection – while still holding the clinical depth that comes from years of working within complex mental health systems.

Her work is shaped by:

  • A commitment to depth over urgency
  • A belief that psychological change happens when people feel safe, understood, and unhurried
  • A desire to create a boutique practice where clinicians can work with intention, not pressure

Amber focuses on shaping the direction, values, and vision of Peak Harmony as its Founder & Director, ensuring the practice remains a grounded, human-centred space for meaningful therapeutic work.
